NOTE: The Family Package is sold exclusively online and is NOT available for purchase at the show’s on-site box office.
Other offers, coupons or discounts can not be used in combination with the Family package.
The Family Package is restricted to 2 adults and up to 3 children. Additional tickets must be purchased separately.
The Family Package is sold as General Admission Seating.

The Show’s on-site BOX OFFICE is open one hour before each show. Tickets may be purchased with CASH or CREDIT CARD
Online Sales end at 12:00 (noon) on the day of the show.
In the event of a canceled performance, refunds will be automatically issued to customers who have purchased tickets through “Straw House Ticketing”. Refunds will be issued using the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 working days for the bank processing. Processing Fees are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds for any other reason (sickness, emergency, weather etc… ) must be requested within 3 days of the event date. Customers must email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (941) 870-7444 to request a refund. Refunds may only be given to the person who made the original purchase and funds will be returned to the card on which the purchase was made.
VIP Ringside: Chairs with back at floor level.
Preferred: Lower rows of Bleachers
General Admission: Upper rows of Bleachers
Handicap Accessible Seating defaults to floor level. Those needing handicap accessible seating should arrive early and approach front of house staff. They will take you to the designated area for seating.
Seating is sold in section designations (see above). All sections will be populated on a first come, first served basis. No seats are sold as ‘Front Row’. Seats are not sold as numbered, reserved seating.
In the event that a section or the entirety of seating is filled to capacity, tickets will be honored at any subsequent performance.
